W - Catherine and her husband met in college. They were both from Wine Growing families but they wanted to do something on their own. For the last 25 years, Catherine has been the winemaker in charge of the range. Her Chardonnay is so highly regarded, it is served on Air France. The philosophy is Simplicity, freshness, and fruit forward.

Bio -A new vineyard created by Gilles Gasq in 2001 on a plateau in the southern Rhone. He believes in minimal intervention in the natural process of wine making.

The grapes are rooted in tradition but the winery is all about having the latest in equipment and technology. 

V, W -This rosé is a blend of Grenache and Carignan with some vines as old as 65 years old. Only 3,000 bottles produced in 2019. This wine drinks well on its own, but will pair well with salads, light meats, and spicy food.

Berries bubbling in a Glass but not overly sweet.  Nice balance of flavors in a sparkling.

With a ruby-purple hue, this red blend exudes expressive notes of red fruits, citrus, and sweet spices. The palate unfolds with volume, structure, and a delicate chalky tannin coating. This versatile wine pairs with an array of dishes, from beef and lamb to game.

Unusually rich for a Pinot Blanc from Alsace, with scents of honey, dried apricots, peaches and dried spices giving an impression of sweetness that's balanced on the palate by bright acidity that imparts a pineapple flavor. Finishes dry, fresh and mineral.

V  -Old 70 year old vines have deep roots in the granite subsoil resulting in a trademark minerality “gout de terroir”.   All grapes are still harvested by hand and finished in the traditional methods.

A very dry, heavy red and an excellent example of a medoc from Bordeaux with notes of Cinnamon and Slate. It is supple and harmonious with black and blue fruits.

Coop -A Sancerre with a bit of fruit to satisfy everyone. Tastes of green apple/pear, citrus, then a touch of stone fruit such as peach to finish with a little melon. It’s Exquisite. 

Bio - Full-bodied with flavours of cherry and blackberry evolving towards roasted coffee notes. Well-structured tannins give an elegant finish.

V, W -Beautiful garnet color clear and bright ; the nose has notes of clove licorice ripe berries and plum ; the mouth is concentrated with a charming sweetness and fine tannins. The Tradition is a fine wine with a long length and dedicated to a long life.

The quintessential Sancerre full of body, minerality, low fruit and low spice.

Bio -unbridled lushness in the form of red cherry liqueur, raspberry coulis, currant, sweet licorice, an assortment of blue and red flowers, anise, exotic spice, and hints of charred forest brush. The palate is lush, full-bodied, lifted, and exceedingly pure. 

V -The property has been in the hands of the Barruol family since 1490. The wine is a blend of Grenache Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cinsaut, made with whole cluster fermentation from indigenous yeasts, is aged for 24 months in old 228-liter barrels, and bottled without fining or filtration.

V  -Côte-Rôtie is produced from 100% Sérine, an ancient and local variety of Syrah that is markedly different from modern selections. It is more oval, with lots of space in the bunch, resulting in a very aromatic wine.  On the palate, it reveals a fresh attack followed by an ample, structured, long-lasting finish. The wine unfurls in successive stages and ends with top-quality tannins produced by whole cluster fermentation. It features aromas and flavors of smoked ham, violet, graphite, graphite, and licorice.

Macabeo grapes are ripened in the rugged vineyards and blended with Azahar flowers, a mix of traditional mediterranean spice and herbs with the essences of real Valencia oranges to produce an authentic Sangria.

Deep ruby. Spice- and mineral-accented blackberry and cherry scents are complicated by hints of cola and candied flowers. Sweet and seamless on the palate, offering concentrated dark fruit and spice cake flavors along with suggestions of lavender pastille and licorice. Closes with persistent, resonating spiciness and solid punch; youthfully chewy tannins add shape and grip.

Fresh black and blue fruit aromas are lifted and sharpened by a peppery note and a suggestion of smoky minerals. Vibrant and focused on the palate, offering intense boysenberry and cassis flavors that intensify with aeration.

V, Bio - All natural! They still till their land by horse. No Filtration used of this low acidity white wine. The family farm where their wines are now produced has belonged to the Raventos family since 1497. Pepe Raventos, 21st generation, farms 44 plots using biodynamic methods

V, Bio -Juicy, sleek, fabulously aromatic and lively DRY Riesling, grown along the Rhinefront in soils of red slate and clay, harvested in early September to capture perfect acidity with total ripeness. Yellow fruits and vivid, convincing minerality spring easily from this wine.
